The LIKHA program serves as a bridge for traditional textile communities, designers, brands and manufacturers to communicate, innovate and co-create a sustainable pathway of Philippine textiles for Filipinos.

Traditional Textile Community

The LIKHA program invited various communities engaged in traditional textile craft including weaving, dyeing, surface application who are open to purposeful innovation.

Designers

Designers create new designs and applications utilizing Philippine traditional textile.

Brands

International and local brands help innovate and co-create while respecting the loacal heritage of the different communities.

Manufacturers

Manufacturers plant and develop raw materials for weaving, dyeing, surface application and the like.

Experts

Experts are allied supporters of Philippine Textile and Heritage. These include mentors such as textile experts, community development specialists, scientists, business development experts, researchers, private organizations as well as government institutions.
